Will my hometown actually be on the map?
The map includes many towns and regions across Portugal but not all. That’s why we engrave your exact hometown in the correct location, so no matter where you're from, your place will be there.
How do I add my hometown?
Just below the colour and size selection, you’ll see a message that says "Make it yours – We engrave your hometown". Right under that, there's a box where you can type the name of your village, city or island. For example, São Miguel – Azores, Funchal, Vila Real. We’ll engrave your hometown exactly where it belongs on the map.
Can I return the map if I change my mind?
Since each map is personalised and made to order, we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or with a production issue. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it quickly and fairly.
How long does shipping take?
This is a handcrafted and personalised product, so production takes a little extra time. Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days, but please allow a few more days during busy periods.
What if I make a mistake when typing my hometown?
We engrave exactly what you type, so please double-check spelling before placing your order. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to fix it.
