Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Damages
Wood Nest insures all shipments to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us directly at support@woodnest.co to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will handle the insurance process with the courier on your behalf.
